Seniority Ever wondered why senior ranking officials are paid more, not just because of position but also due to their spending too..................... As a saying goes.............Responsibility goes UP and accountability goes DOWN................................. but the senior also spends more to maintain his level of job, profile etc and thus contributes into the Economy of the country ................which in turn makes inflation goes up...and progress of the country as well............ respect the senior and their seniority

Citizen Policing in New India

Citizen Policing Policing and maintenance of law and order is one of common subject concerning to all citizens. Though, we want law of the land to prevail in each case but while bending the rules / laws for own benefits, we are one of the biggest hypocrites... Police or law enforcing bodies can not be at every place, neither CCTV or similar things can be placed everywhere, but as a matter of fact CITIZENS are always and everywhere present where policing or law is required... turning the citizens into citizen policing I propose, All citizens should be empowered by the law to make videography of any breach of law and to send to Common nodal point designated by the police for this purpose and offenders can be booked under appropriate law / rules of the land...However, each whistleblower / reporter in this case should be given incentive as certain percentage (say 10%) of penal deduction from the offenders.... Citizens can be further graded on the information shared and credibility...
